A long lasting film in the cans – ‘Prem Nagar’ of producer and distributor Sampath Kumar is back in news after audio release in August 2013. Sampath Kumar being a distributor association President from 2012 waited for a long time to release his maiden directorial venture. He has penned story, screenplay for the film. A mass love story starring Mental Manja fame Arjun is all set for release. Three songs of the film are written by Thangali Nagaraj.

This is the second film of Arjun with Sampath Kumar as producer. He plays mechanic in the film. Varsha, Manjula, Ashwini are also in the cast. Gajendra, Honnavalli Krishna, Biradar in supporting roles.

The new announcement for the release time of ‘Prem Nagar’ is that the super hit film ‘Mental Manja’ sequel will be from Sampath Kumar in future. His son is making debut from this film.
